B2B Procurement OS provides wholesale customers with a complete self-service buyer portal for managing orders. The app enables multi-level approval workflows where buyers can submit orders through multi-step approval processes including Purchasing, Manager, and CFO levels with conditional rules based on order amounts. Buyers can edit unfulfilled orders by changing quantities, shipping addresses, and PO numbers, or cancel orders as needed. They can reorder from saved lists or upload CSV files, and request volume quotes priced from your own data. Set per-company credit limits and net terms that automatically block over-limit or overdue orders. Sales reps can be assigned to companies with commission tracking from paid orders. The app is built directly on Shopify orders, draft orders, companies, and billing for seamless integration with your existing wholesale operations.
