Address Shield validates delivery addresses at checkout to help prevent shipping errors. The app checks for PO boxes, missing house numbers, missing apartment numbers, special characters, emojis, and blocked zip codes before orders reach you.
All address validation happens directly inside Shopify's checkout—addresses never leave the platform, aren't sent to external servers, stored, or shared. The app never auto-corrects or rewrites addresses, since automatic changes can turn correct addresses into wrong ones. Instead, customers are prompted to fix any issues themselves.
Block PO boxes that carriers can't deliver to and exclude specific zip codes you don't ship to. Checkout validation messages appear in your customer's language across 11 supported languages, making the experience smooth for international shoppers.
