About the GreenClaims EmpCo Compliance

GreenClaims helps you identify and manage environmental claims across your store before EU EmpCo Directive 2024/825 takes effect. The app scans products, collections, pages, blogs, and translations to flag risky green claims that may not meet compliance standards. Review flagged claims in six languages and generate lower-risk alternatives. Build a centralized registry where you can attach substantiation and supporting evidence for each environmental claim. The app preserves tamper-evident audit snapshots of your compliance records for documentation purposes. Automated monitoring rescans changed content on schedule and sends email alerts when new issues appear. GreenClaims supports your compliance preparation efforts but does not provide legal advice.
