HewnScan helps you meet European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements by running accessibility audits on your Shopify store. The app performs 26 automated checks based on WCAG 2.1 A/AA and EN 301 549 standards, including theme colour contrast testing. What makes HewnScan different is its ability to trace each accessibility violation back to the specific third-party app that caused it—not just your theme.
