About the Upload PRO by Neural Matrix
UploadPro allows customers to upload custom designs directly on product pages, making it ideal for print-on-demand and DTF printing shops. Customers can drag-and-drop images, use the built-in image editor to crop and rotate designs, and get real-time DPI quality feedback to ensure their files meet resolution standards.
Low-resolution images can be improved with AI upscaling technology. The app automatically trims transparent borders and fixes white edge issues common in DTF printing. All customer uploads link directly to orders for easy file management.
Setup is quick - just enable the app embed and select which products should have the upload feature. Customers can also add design instructions through a notes field, giving them full control over their personalized products.
