POS Clock In

Clock In provides retail teams with a staff time clock integrated directly into your Shopify POS. Employees can clock in and out using a personalized PIN or automatic sign-in, while the app automatically records their hours, breaks, and location. Managers get a live dashboard showing who's currently clocked in with elapsed shift times. You can review and edit timecards, set time zones per location, and flag daily or weekly overtime against custom thresholds. Open shifts auto-close at a scheduled time if staff forget to clock out. The shift history provides a complete audit trail of every shift with employee details, dates, and duration. At payroll time, filter shifts by date, employee, or location and export the data to CSV for easy processing.
