CodWatchdog helps you confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp before shipping. The app asks customers if they actually want their parcel, then automatically tags orders as confirmed, cancelled, held or unreached so your team knows which ones are safe to dispatch.
You'll get email alerts the moment something stops working - whether your WhatsApp number gets restricted, your message template is rejected, or orders aren't reaching the app. This means you find out about problems immediately instead of when parcels come back.
The app sends automatic reminders to customers who don't reply and provides delivery reports showing your confirmation rates. You can export these reports as CSV files. All messages come from your own WhatsApp number, keeping communication direct with your customers.
