Drilly lets customers edit orders after checkout without creating support tickets. Shoppers can change shipping addresses, swap products, update variants and quantities, apply discounts, or cancel orders themselves. Every address edit automatically recalculates shipping, tax, and discounts to keep everything accurate. Smart cancellation flows help save sales by offering store credit and retention offers instead of immediate refunds. Post-purchase upsells appear on thank-you and order status pages to increase average order value. Set custom edit windows, sync with your 3PL, use Shopify Flow automation, and add tag rules to control when editing is available.
