Acerca de Editly: Order Editing
Editly is a self-serve order editing app that lets customers edit their orders after checkout without contacting support. Customers can edit shipping addresses, swap variants, adjust quantity, change shipping methods, add or remove items, and cancel orders directly from the Order Status page and Thank You page. No support tickets needed. Set a custom post-purchase edit window and choose which order modifications are allowed. Restrict edits based on customer tags. Shipping, taxes and discounts recalculate automatically on every order edit. Works with Klaviyo and Shopify Flow for instant triggers. Sends email notifications on edits and logs every order change. Completely free.
