About the Dualflow: PreOrder Wait & Save

Dualflow lets you sell pre-orders at a discount while automatically managing fulfillment holds until your ship date. The app adds a pre-order button next to your Add to Cart button that matches your theme styling without any CSS work needed. When customers place a pre-order, Shopify holds fulfillment automatically and releases it on your specified ship date. This prevents 3PLs from shipping products early. You can set discounts and ship dates per listing, with the option to override settings for specific variants. The app creates hidden pre-order variants so customers only see one unified product page, not separate listings. It also fires Klaviyo Deferred Order Placed events with buyer emails, allowing you to build targeted pre-order email flows and keep customers informed throughout the wait period.
