About the ZipTip
ZipTip adds a postal code checker to your product and cart pages, letting customers see delivery availability, estimated arrival times, and any surcharges before they reach checkout. This helps prevent orders you can't fulfill and eliminates unnecessary refunds.
Set up delivery zones using postal code prefixes, define ETAs, add surcharges, and configure cutoff times and blackout dates. Import up to 10,000 rows via CSV or manage zones manually. The zone editor works with any country's postal code format.
When customers enter out-of-zone postal codes, you can capture their emails as a waitlist and view demand by postal area. Optionally auto-tag these waitlist customers in Shopify to use with your email marketing tools.
The app installs as a theme app block that drops into any Online Store 2.0 theme without code edits. It runs fully client-side, so it won't slow down your store.
