Widra helps EU merchants comply with the 14-day withdrawal right by adding a withdrawal button directly to the order status page in customer accounts. Shoppers can submit withdrawal requests themselves and select a reason for cancellation. The button appears automatically within the 14-day window and hides for expired or cancelled orders. Each withdrawal request is saved on the order with a tag, timeline note, and metafield. Merchants review all requests in an admin dashboard and can approve or reject them. No theme modifications or storefront code needed.
