About the Whatsfy Bridge

Whatsfy Bridge connects your Shopify store with WhatsApp to send automated notifications throughout the customer journey. When customers place orders, they automatically receive WhatsApp messages confirming purchase details, products, and prices. The app sends shipping notifications with tracking numbers and links when orders are dispatched, followed by delivery confirmations once packages arrive. Whatsfy Bridge also helps recover abandoned carts by sending WhatsApp reminders to customers who started checkout but didn't complete their purchase, with configurable delay settings. Monitor performance through the dashboard with delivery statistics and recent activity. Resend notifications and manage notification flows directly from your Shopify admin. All messages are sent through the Whatsfy platform, keeping customers informed at every step from order confirmation to final delivery.
