About the Voxicart AI

Voxicart AI automatically calls customers who abandon their carts after adding contact details at checkout. The AI voice agent sounds human and reaches out after a scheduled delay to remind shoppers about their abandoned items. During the call, the agent can offer a configurable discount to encourage customers to complete their purchase. All calls happen within TRAI-compliant hours (9 AM–9 PM). When a customer accepts the offer, Voxicart AI sends an SMS with a recovery link directly to their cart, making it easy to finish checkout.
