About the EU VAT Check & Tax Exemption

This app checks EU VAT numbers automatically using the official VIES database to help you handle B2B sales correctly. When a customer enters their VAT number, the app performs a real-time VIES auto check to verify it's valid. For eligible cross-border transactions, it automatically applies EU tax exemption, making your store VAT exempt B2B and fully B2B tax exempt for those sales. This keeps you compliant and avoids tax problems when selling to other businesses across EU borders. The app maintains a record of every validation attempt in an analytics dashboard, and you can export customer lists to CSV for your records.
