VerifyShip validates customer addresses during and after checkout to reduce incorrect deliveries and save support time. Using multiple databases, this address validator catches errors early and helps prevent shipping mistakes. The app automatically fixes common address errors like typos and provides address suggestions to customers. When an incorrect address is detected, customers receive notifications and can review and edit their information before orders are processed. Compatible with all Shopify plans, VerifyShip blocks problematic orders during checkout when issues are found, such as missing house numbers, wrong PO box formats, or special characters.
