About the Verifactu Pro
Verifactu Pro generates compliant electronic invoices for every paid order according to RD 1007/2023. Each invoice includes immutable numbering, SHA-256 chained fingerprint, and official QR code. In active mode, invoices are sent to the AEAT in real time using your digital certificate, with CSV acceptance confirmation stored automatically.
The app creates corrective invoices for returns, cancellations, and order edits. Invoices over 3,000 € without NIF are retained until customer tax information is captured. Additional features include custom series, IRPF withholding, VAT reports, registry book, and automatic backups via Email, SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Invoice PDFs and emails are sent in the customer's language for a professional experience.
