Vapely Compliance helps vape, nicotine, and hemp merchants stay compliant with US federal and state regulations. Using AI technology, the app automatically classifies your products and evaluates them against current laws across all 50 states and DC. It identifies which states each product can legally be sold in, then blocks restricted sales at checkout based on the customer's shipping address. The app also hides or badges non-compliant products on collection and product pages. Protect your store from regulatory fines, chargebacks, and legal risk without manually tracking changing vape and e-cigarette regulations.
