Customers type their text and see real stitches appear directly on your product photos — the live stitch preview uses actual embroidery data, so what they see is exactly what you'll sew. Every paid order automatically generates production-ready machine files in multiple formats (PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX). You control zones, fonts, sizes, and thread colours for each product. Orders arrive in your production queue with customer text, stitch previews, and machine files ready to go — no back-and-forth emails needed.
