TrackCenter lets customers track real carrier delivery status directly on your store using just their order number and email—no tracking number needed. The app displays live updates from actual carriers, not just Shopify order status, on a branded tracking page or within customer accounts. Connect any carrier using your own credentials. Servientrega and Coordinadora work out of the box, and the team will help integrate other carriers on request. Customers access tracking info through a button in their account, keeping them on your store instead of redirecting to carrier websites.
