Über ECP ‑ Theme Notes & Activity

ECP Theme Notes & Activity helps teams manage multiple Shopify themes by adding notes, ownership details, and status labels to each theme in your store. The app tracks theme activity automatically, logging when themes are created, edited, renamed, published, or unpublished, along with who made each change. Teams working in the theme editor can easily tell themes apart and know which theme is live, why old themes exist, and whether it's safe to publish or delete them. You'll receive email notifications when your live theme is published or unpublished, and can mention teammates in notes to keep everyone aligned. The app includes a complete activity log of all theme changes and lets you export theme notes and activity data as CSV or JSON files. Built specifically for teams without developer tools, it's completely read-only and never modifies, edits, or publishes your themes.
