Terms and Conditions Checkbox

This app adds a terms and conditions checkbox to your product pages, cart page, and cart drawer for legal compliance. Customers must agree to your terms of service, refund policy, or age verification before they can checkout. The Add to Cart button and dynamic Buy it Now buttons stay blocked until shoppers tick the checkbox. If customers miss the agreement box, a custom error alert or terms popup guides them. The app blocks Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay buttons until consent is given. Once customers accept your terms, the agreement date, time, and timezone are automatically logged in order details as proof of consent for chargebacks and disputes. You can display the checkbox on all products, selected products, or specific collections. Each location can have its own custom text. Setup requires no coding. Choose from ready-made styles, link words directly to your policies, and select Google Fonts to match your store's design.
