About the Tax Relief Pro
Tax Relief Pro helps merchants apply VAT relief for eligible customers including chronically sick or disabled individuals and charities. Customers complete a short eligibility declaration directly on the product page, and the zero-rated VAT amount applies instantly to their account. Each signed declaration is stored securely and automatically emailed as a PDF record. Merchants have full control to choose which products qualify for VAT relief using simple tags, customize the declaration wording, view all submitted declarations, and revoke relief when necessary. No theme code modifications required for setup.
