Talkbot adds a bilingual shopping assistant to your online store, helping customers find and buy products through voice and chat in Japanese or English. The app uses your product catalog to suggest items based on shopper budget and needs, making it easier for them to discover the right products.
Shoppers can compare products, select variants, and confirm adding items to their cart directly through the assistant. Voice interaction requires shopper consent and microphone permission to work.
Merchants manage everything through the embedded admin where you can configure the widget, sync your product catalog, and monitor usage. Product names and your original content stay in their source language, preserving your brand voice across both supported languages.
