Tallyo makes inventory stocktakes simple with barcode scanner support and mobile camera counting. Start a full location count or cycle count products using filters. Scan items with any barcode scanner that types like a keyboard, use the Shopify mobile app camera, or manually enter quantities. Multiple team members can work on the same count simultaneously, each tagged as a separate counter. Blind count mode hides expected stock levels to ensure accuracy. Review every difference between expected and counted quantities before applying any changes to your inventory. The app protects your data with smart write checks—if a sale happens during your count, it won't be overwritten. Made a mistake? Roll back an entire count with one click. Export any stocktake as CSV for your records. The app doesn't read or store any customer data, keeping your information secure while you maintain accurate inventory counts.
