When products sell out at Evermind, your listings update accordingly—no spreadsheets required. The app matches your products to the wholesale catalogue using barcodes (EAN), then syncs stock quantities to your chosen location every 15 minutes. It pulls only what changed since the last run, not the entire catalogue, making updates fast and efficient. A built-in safety buffer prevents overselling by holding back units during high-demand periods. You can sync actual quantities or simple availability status. The app also reports any barcodes it couldn't match, so you can quickly spot and fix gaps in your inventory. Designed for authorized Evermind dealers.
