The app uses device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, bot detection, and rate limiting to block fraudulent checkouts before payment processing. Flagged orders are automatically held in a review queue for manual approval. Key protection features include VAMP ratio monitoring to safeguard your Shopify Payments account from Visa disputes and potential suspension. The app tracks disputes daily and sends alerts before thresholds are reached. When fraud is detected and blocked, ShieldFlow automatically removes fake email profiles from your marketing platforms including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, and Shopify Email. The app includes 4 Shopify Flow triggers for fraud blocks, warnings, order cancellations, and VAMP alerts.
