About the ShelfOps
ShelfOps replaces key Stocky workflows for Shopify merchants who aren't ready for a full ERP system. The app syncs products, locations, and inventory from your live store data. Import supplier CSVs, calculate reorder quantities, and create draft purchase orders. Track supplier bills, due dates, and payment records in one place. Receive deliveries and run complete Stocktakes or filtered cycle counts with blind counts, second counts, autosave, and full audit history. Inventory changes preview first—merchants control inventory access and can enable protected writeback with safeguards against stale data and duplicate writes. ShelfOps handles purchasing and stock counts but doesn't process payments, connect to accounting systems, or forecast from order history.
