Serial Trail creates a complete serial number registry for every physical unit you sell. Generate, import, or create serial numbers and assign them during fulfillment. Track the full lifecycle of each serialized unit and reconcile your registry against orders and inventory. When product issues arise, identify affected units by serial range, pool, serial list, or product and sold-date window. Preview exactly which units are impacted before activating a recall. Warranty claims get validated against real serial records, with automatic duplicate-claim and out-of-warranty detection to prevent fraud. Customers can look up their serial numbers publicly through QR unit passports without exposing any buyer or order information. Export your complete serial registry as CSV for reporting and compliance needs.
