When customers want to redeem small gift card balances for cash, staff can scan or type the card code, confirm the amount, and debit the card instantly from a smart grid tile. You control the maximum eligible balance and can require a manager PIN for larger amounts. The app supports partial payouts and lets you cash out expired cards with manager approval. Every payout is automatically logged with staff name, location, amount, and time for complete tracking. All cashed-out gift cards are automatically deactivated and noted. Export your complete audit log to CSV anytime for easy record-keeping and reconciliation.
