About the SamePoints: One Balance

SamePoints keeps one loyalty balance for customers shopping both online and in-store at Square POS. The app automatically adds points when eligible orders are paid through your Shopify store or Square POS, then adjusts the balance if orders are refunded. Customers are matched by email or phone number and can check their points balance through the storefront Rewards launcher. Once they reach a reward threshold, they can claim a gift card that works both online and at the counter. Merchants can set up Shopify Flow to send reward reminders to marketing-subscribed customers, encouraging them to claim their earned rewards. This creates a unified loyalty experience across all sales channels with the same customer earning the same points regardless of where they shop.
