RMS Returns & Credit Manager gives you full control over your returns process right from your admin panel. Set custom return windows, define accepted item conditions, and auto-approve returns to save time. Customers can submit return requests through a branded self-service portal without contacting support. Track every return through a complete 16-stage lifecycle from submission to refund or store credit. Offer store credit to retain revenue instead of issuing refunds. Dispute item conditions using photo evidence uploads. Connect your preferred shipping provider including Shopify, EasyPost, Shippo, Royal Mail, or DPD for multi-carrier support. Returns sync bidirectionally with Shopify, and automated email notifications keep everyone informed throughout the process.
