Riptide is a loyalty system designed for Shopify merchants who want to reward repeat customers and drive referrals. Customers earn points on purchases and redeem them at checkout for fixed-dollar discounts, percentage-off discounts, or free shipping rewards.
Merchants can create VIP tiers with custom earn multipliers, entry rewards, and exclusive perks to recognize their best customers. The app supports two-sided referral rewards with built-in anti-abuse checks and approval windows.
