About the Revoco: EU Withdrawal
From 19 June 2026, EU Directive 2023/2673 requires online stores to offer customers an easy, no-login withdrawal option — or risk extending the standard 14-day withdrawal period to 12 months.
Revoco makes compliance simple. The app adds a compliant withdrawal page to your footer, with optional buttons on thank-you and order-status pages. Every withdrawal request is verified against a real order, timestamped, and automatically emailed to the customer.
Choose auto-cancel with refund and restock, or review requests manually with partial refund options. All submissions are logged in a tamper-evident audit trail with PDF evidence packs. Fully GDPR-ready, EU-hosted, and available in all 24 EU languages.
