About the Returns Margin Analytics
Returns Margin Analytics shows you the real cost of returns, not just how many items came back. This app calculates net margin loss per SKU by applying your actual product costs (COGS) to orders and returns data. You'll see exactly how much each return costs you—refunds, shipping, and handling fees minus what you recover.
Find out which products lose the most money, understand the dominant return reason behind each SKU, and get a recommended fix to reduce future losses. Import COGS from Shopify, upload via CSV, or enter manually. The app syncs costs to metafields and lets you export reports to CSV. Set up alerts for high-loss SKUs and missing cost data so nothing slips through the cracks. Available in English and Portuguese.
