RetainAIO uses a Claude Sonnet AI agent to monitor every Shopify order for refund risk. The agent analyzes order value, customer history, and behavior signals to detect potential refund requests before they happen. When a customer shows signs of disengagement, it automatically sends a perfectly timed recovery email. Every decision includes plain-English reasoning so you understand exactly why the AI acted. If confidence drops below 70%, the action goes to your review queue for human approval. The agent learns from behavior signals like opens, clicks, and ignores to improve over time. Built-in A/B template testing automatically promotes the best-performing email variant.
