Requo helps B2B and wholesale merchants handle custom pricing requests by replacing the Add to Cart button with a Request a Quote button on selected products. Buyers can submit quantity requirements, notes, custom questions, and file attachments directly through your store. All quote requests arrive in a dedicated inbox within your Shopify admin, where you can review details, set custom prices, and hide product prices to maintain a professional storefront. Once you approve a quote, Requo converts it into a Shopify draft order with a secure checkout link for payment. Both merchants and shoppers receive email notifications, and each quote includes a downloadable PDF.
