Buchfink automatically creates legally compliant invoices and credit notes for German Shopify merchants. Every paid order receives an invoice with a sequential, gapless invoice number according to GoBD standards. For refunds – whether full or partial – the corresponding credit note is automatically generated.
All invoices contain structured e-invoicing data in ZUGFeRD format (EN16931 compliant). The practical ZIP export of all documents makes handover to your tax advisor simple and DATEV-friendly. The integrated small business owner mode according to § 19 UStG creates invoices without VAT.
The app is specifically developed for German merchants and is fully GoBD-compliant – without any additional effort for you.
