Rechna automatically creates compliant e-invoices for your paid Shopify orders in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With Germany's B2B e-invoice mandate coming in 2027–2028, a simple PDF won't meet legal requirements anymore.
This app generates real e-invoices in ZUGFeRD 2.x and XRechnung 3.x formats that follow EN 16931 standards. Every invoice is validated using KoSIT and veraPDF to ensure compliance. You get gapless numbering, proper Storno and Gutschrift corrections, and an immutable GoBD archive that stores invoices for 8 years.
Rechna works with B2B transactions, reverse charge scenarios, §19 small business rules, and Swiss QR-bills. If your order data is incomplete, the app flags it and shows exactly what needs fixing before creating the invoice.
