RecallDocket helps Shopify merchants stay CPSC compliant by spotting recalled products before customers do. Selling recalled items puts shoppers at risk and exposes your business to CPSC enforcement action. This compliance app monitors CPSC recall notices daily and automatically matches them against your product catalog using brand, category, and keyword detection. When matches appear, your dashboard shows exactly what to do: review the recall, create a Section 15(b) eFiling draft, and notify affected customers—all within Shopify. The eFiling wizard pre-fills data from your catalog and generates export-ready drafts formatted for CPSC submission.
