About the Purefeedback
PureFeedback helps merchants collect and display product reviews on their storefront with a modern widget. Customers can submit ratings along with photo and video reviews, making feedback more authentic and engaging. Merchants have full control to moderate reviews—approve, reject, or feature selected reviews that best showcase their products.
The app includes product Q&A functionality, allowing customers to ask questions and merchants to answer directly in-app. Built-in review filters let shoppers sort by newest, highest rated, verified purchases, or media content, while helpful votes make it easier to browse through feedback.
CSV import and export features support review migration from other platforms and enable bulk management of review data. The storefront form is designed for easy review collection, and the widget displays ratings prominently to help build customer trust and drive conversions.
