Über Postbag: Click & Drop Sync

Postbag connects your Shopify store directly to your Royal Mail Click & Drop account for seamless order fulfillment. When a customer completes a paid order, Postbag automatically sends all order details to Click & Drop, including the customer's address, line items with SKU, quantity, weight, package format, and any customer notes. Ship your orders through Click & Drop as normal. Once you mark an order as dispatched, tracking numbers automatically sync back to Shopify, orders are fulfilled, and customers receive their notifications. The built-in sync log displays every order's status and any errors, with a convenient one-click resend option if needed. This Royal Mail integration saves time by eliminating manual data entry between platforms.
