About the Peerl.io Community Discussions

Peerl.io brings community conversations directly to your product pages, helping shoppers connect and make confident buying decisions. This app adds a storefront widget where customers can ask questions, join discussions, and interact with other visitors while browsing your products. The setup is straightforward - install the theme app extension, sync your Shopify products, and community discussions appear on product pages without touching your theme code. Product-linked threads keep conversations relevant to what shoppers are viewing, while the optional deeplink pill app block makes it easy to highlight discussions. The widget supports both live and asynchronous conversations, so customers can engage in real-time or catch up later. With Shopify product sync, discussions stay connected to specific items, and shoppers can even add products to cart through Shopify's Ajax Cart API without leaving the conversation.
