Pass Studio automatically issues branded Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes to customers when orders are paid. Customers receive personalized digital loyalty cards and coupons via email, complete with scannable barcodes and their current points balance. Loyalty points accumulate with each repeat purchase, and rewards unlock automatically. Updates are pushed directly to the wallet pass on customers' phones through push notifications, keeping them engaged without any extra effort. Staff can scan passes using Shopify POS at the counter to identify members, award points, and redeem rewards instantly. The visual pass designer lets you customize your passes with your logo, brand colors, custom fields, and barcodes, with a live preview to see changes in real-time. Beyond orders, you can issue passes through share links, QR codes, and signup forms to grow your membership base. No coding required—everything works automatically to help you build customer loyalty.
