About the Selfix
Selfix helps customers fix their own order mistakes after checkout, reducing support tickets and returns. When shoppers enter the wrong shipping address, apartment number, or select the wrong size or color, they can correct it themselves within minutes of purchasing.
The order edit option shows up on the confirmation page and in customer accounts. Customers can update their shipping address or swap variants for different sizes and colors without changing the order total. You control the edit window, from 15 minutes up to 4 hours, and decide what customers can change.
Editing automatically locks once fulfillment starts, so orders already being processed stay protected. Every change gets logged for your records, with optional email notifications to keep you informed. Variant swaps only work when replacement items are in stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the process.
