OrderIQ

OrderIQ is an order operations platform built for merchants who ship cash on delivery. Connect your Shopify store and watch orders sync automatically into your OrderIQ workspace as they're created, updated, or cancelled. Smart intake rules work behind the scenes to flag incomplete addresses, duplicate orders, and risky COD deliveries before you ship. Your team can confirm orders directly with customers, book couriers, print shipping labels, and track every package through delivery, returns, and settlement—all from one unified inbox.
