Editly: Order Editing App

Customers often contact support to fix a wrong address, change a size, or cancel their order. Editly lets them handle these order edits themselves directly from the Order Status and Thank You pages — no support tickets needed. You control the edit time window and decide which changes customers can make: address updates, variant swaps, quantity adjustments, shipping method changes, adding or removing items, or full order cancellations. Shipping costs, taxes, and discounts automatically recalculate with every edit. Editly integrates with Klaviyo and Shopify Flow to trigger instantly when changes happen. Every order edit is logged, and you get a full analytics dashboard to track everything. Customers can select cancellation reasons, and you can make reason selection mandatory. The app supports 3PL workflows and sends order edit email notifications to keep everyone informed.
