oorava manages customer progression through points, levels, achievements, and rewards that integrate seamlessly with Shopify Flow. The app gives you complete control over when customers earn points, reach new VIP levels, unlock achievements, or receive rewards through automated workflows. You can configure custom levels or use formula-based progression that grows alongside your customers. Points can be held until order fulfillment, and you have the option to set point expiration dates. The app provides detailed customer activity reviews so you can track engagement. Customers see their points, levels, achievements, and recent point changes directly in their account through custom blocks. A storefront component displays current points and level progress, keeping customers engaged with their rewards journey.
