Über Oops: Order Editing & Address

Oops lets customers edit their orders directly from their account page. When someone needs to fix a shipping address, swap a size or colour, change quantity, remove an item, or cancel before the order ships, they can do it themselves without waiting for email support. Customers get a clear view of the new order total and the difference before confirming changes. Lower totals trigger automatic refunds or hold for your approval. Higher totals generate a Shopify invoice. An address checker blocks incomplete addresses and flags PO boxes. The app stops working once an order ships, gets cancelled, or is archived. You get a complete log of every change, unpaid balances, and approval requests. Oops stores no customer data like names, addresses, emails or phone numbers, and works with new customer accounts.
