About the Nxora Refund Impact
Shopify shows which products were refunded and the amounts, but doesn't display the reasons next to them. Refund Impact ranks products by refunded amount and shows the exact reason your store recorded plus any note the buyer wrote, word for word. When a reason points to the listing, it identifies what answers it—like "not as described" on a product with no description. When nothing explains the return, it tells you plainly. The app also measures how many of your refunds carry a reason at all. It's read-only and helps you understand why products come back, not just how much they cost you.
